Alpena Lighthouse is part of The Michigan Lighthouse Conservancy (MLC). The Michigan Lighthouse Conservancy (MLC) is an IRS registered 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation whose mission is to promote the preservation of Michigan’s lighthouses and lifesaving station structures and the artifacts associated with them. MLC works to help restore lighthouse and life-saving structures and create appropriate reuses of these properties.
